Effective August 1, 2026 · Version 1.0.0
Every paid Daisycloud app comes with a 14-day free trial. It is not a demo, not a feature-limited edition, and not a subscription with a countdown attached — it is the complete application, and it asks for no payment details at any point.
That trial exists to answer the questions a refund would otherwise have to: does this run properly on my Mac, does it do what I need, do I like using it. Two weeks with the real software tells you far more than a screenshot and a feature list ever could.
So we ask you to use it. And because you had that opportunity, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind — including buying the wrong tier, no longer needing the software, or deciding after the fact that you’d rather not have bought it.
We’d rather price the software honestly and let it prove itself than build the cost of casual returns into what everyone pays.
“Final” is not the same as “never”. There are situations where keeping your money would simply be wrong, and in these we will refund you:
Nothing on this page limits rights you have by law. Consumers in some countries — including the United Kingdom and the European Union — have statutory cancellation and refund rights for digital purchases that cannot be signed away by a policy like this one. Where such rights apply to you, they apply, and this page does not override them.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction and applies its own buyer terms, which may in some circumstances entitle you to a refund independently of this policy.

We aim to answer within two business days. A refund we’ve agreed to is issued through Paddle and returns to your original payment method, typically within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
When a purchase is refunded, the licence attached to it stops working and any activated machines are released. That’s automatic.
If something has gone wrong, please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs you the time, and immediately revokes the licence — including on machines you’re still using. Almost everything people open disputes over is something we would have fixed the same day.
We treat a chargeback the same as a refund: the licence is revoked. If it later turns out to have been a mistake or a misunderstanding, contact us and we’ll reinstate you.
There are none to cancel. Our apps are one-time purchases. The trial never converts into a charge, we do not store card details, and we will not bill you again. If you ever see a recurring charge from us, it is an error — tell us and we will refund it.
We may update this policy; the effective date and version above will change when we do. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one in force on the day you bought.
